Fairmont presents global cocktail program Classics Perfected: ‘The Decades’’
In April 2019, the Tastemakers gathered at New York City’s The Dead Rabbit to ideate, collaborate and create the new cocktail collection, available to guests at Fairmont bars and lounges worldwide by Fall 2019. This June, the highly anticipated new menu made its official debut at The Plaza, A Fairmont Managed Hotel in New York City.
Fairmont’s team of six elite Tastemakers were chosen from the top bars at Fairmont’s luxury properties worldwide in recognition of their individual talent and mastery of cocktail methodology. The Fairmont Tastemakers include: Bannie Kang, Fairmont Singapore; Grant Sceney, Fairmont Pacific Rim; Nader Chabaane; Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth; Jo Last, The Savoy, A Fairmont Managed Hotel; Andrew Grenz, Fairmont Austin and Tai Barbin, Fairmont Rio De Janeiro Copacabana.
