Our Canadian Heritage Dinner Series – Fairmont Le Château Montebello

We are celebrating Canada’s culinary heritage with a series of dinners across the country where we bring back to life the banquet menus of a bygone era. Our first dinner was hosted at Fairmont Le Château Montebello in Quebec and included dishes that would have been in vogue from the late 1800’s to early 1900’s, focusing on the history of the Papineau family and the ingredients that would be have been common in the region at that time.
