Texas Beers, Wine and Cocktails on Tap at OUTLAW Taproom at Four Seasons Dallas

Inspired by the wild and rugged spirit of Willie Nelson, ZZ Top and the outlaws of Texas music, OUTLAW Taproom is a modern saloon with all the feels. The bar is rich in Texas history with its vintage guitars, musician photography and old concert ticket stubs.
OUTLAW Taproom offers Texas beers, wine and innovative cocktails with the help of Alfredo Sanchez, our bar manager and certified tequila specialist. Catch a friendly round of pool on an heirloom pool table with mother of pearl detailing built in 1891. It was a gift to the Resort when it opened in the mid 1980’s by Mr. John W. Carpenter, one of the largest ranchers in North Texas at the turn of the 20th century and owner of the land now considered Las Colinas, the home of our Resort.

The bar’s energy-filled outdoor patio hosts live music featuring local Texas artists and offers an array of lounge seating centered around fire pits or our larger than life fireplace. The old wood mantle above the fireplace is made of cypress from the late 1800’s and was recycled from the Swift & Armour plant in the historical Fort Worth Stockyards.
