The Road to Pop Down | Four Seasons Pop Down | Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center
With a new Four Seasons hotel on the horizon, the City of Brotherly Love played host to an exclusive celebration of artistry and imagination, otherwise known as the second installment of the signature Four Seasons Pop Down event series. For one night only, masters of craft from around the world gathered to showcase their talents as a love letter to Philadelphia.
In a lead-up to the main event, celeb-favourite florist Jeff Leatham – artistic director at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris and Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center – created four public art installations throughout the city for the enjoyment of Philadelphia residents and visitors alike. His fragrant archways drew stares and inspired quite a few selfies. Each one was handmade and featured a distinct colour palette – fresh-cut purple hydrangea and carnations, or red roses, or even bursting sunflowers.
On the evening of the Pop Down itself, guests arrived at BOK, located in the city’s trendy Passyunk neighbourhood, to indulge in edible works of art, artisan-made cocktails and plenty of photo-ready scenes – all set to the musical stylings of DJ Jazzy Jeff.
The Philadelphia event is the latest incarnation of the Four Seasons Pop Down, a series of immersive experiences that brings Four Seasons to unexpected settings all over the world and offers a unique opportunity to engage with the brand outside of the traditional space of its hotels and restaurants.
