Meet the Four Seasons Executive Pastry Chefs who are bringing their passion to life and sharing their craft at Four Seasons Pop Down Miami, the latest in a global event series celebrating artistry and imagination. Executive Pastry Chefs Nicolas Lambert from Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace St. Petersburg and Diogo Lopes from Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon both have sweets baked into their DNA.

Nicolas Lambert was truly “born into pastry” when his parents bought a bakery when he and his twin brother were just 6 months old. From France to Hong Kong to St. Petersburg, Nicolas has carried his passion for pastries and desserts across the globe. His authentic style, paired with a love for sourcing quality, local ingredients is what makes Nicolas’ creations so wondrous.

Adding another pastry chef to the mix, Diogo Lopes is a true star when it comes to incredible desserts and sweet treats. Starting his first internship with the Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon, Diogo developed his techniques and let his creativity thrive through his delicious masterpieces. Diogo has since joined the Four Seasons family as the Executive Pastry Chef and continues to surprise guests with his unique flavours and textures.
