Experience The 1930’s House, a private outdoor Spanish-Style Bungalow originally built as a single family home, perfect for intimate events of all kinds. Dedicated meeting planners take care of all the details, including creative catering menus curated by signature on-site American-inspired eatery, Bird & Bone.

The historic 1930s House was originally built as one-bedroom home during the 1930s and located across the street from The Confidante. In 2001, the structure was picked up by crane and moved to The Confidante’s backyard, then again in 2006, to the space where it currently resides. It still has the original wood beam ceilings and hand-carved limestone fireplace.
