Beverage director Thibaut Idenn presents a delicious new recipe- “Moscow Mule” (Recipe adjusted by Slava Borisov, Mixologist of The Langham Chicago).

-1.5 oz Absolut Elyx
-0.25 oz Fresh squeeze lime juice
-3.5 oz Homemade ginger beer*
* Homemade ginger beer – combine 11 oz of fresh squeeze ginger juice, 3.5 oz of fresh squeeze lime juice, 3.5 oz fresh squeeze lemon juice and 7 oz of sugar syrup (1 part of granulated white sugar and 1 part of hot water, stir well until sugar dissolve) in siphon. Apply CO2 cartridge to carbonate the mixture.
Method: Pour vodka, lime juice and carbonated ginger beer in the mug, stir with a bar spoon. Add crushed ice on top, put straw and garnish.
Garnish- mint sprig, dehydrated lime chip, homemade candied ginger
